Downloading ViewNX-i
(This tutorial describes how to download ViewNX-i. Capture NX-D can be downloaded using the same procedure.)
Downloading ViewNX-i from the Nikon Website
1. Go to the Nikon website.
https://www.nikon.com/
2. Click Products & Solutions and select Imaging Products. On the “Imaging Products” page, click Lineup and select Software.
3. Click ViewNX-i ViewNX-Movie Editor in the software list.
4. Click ViewNX-i Download on the ViewNX-i product page.
5. Choose your region and language to display the ViewNX-i download page.
6. Check the number of the latest version and click the View download page link for your operating system (Mac or Windows).
7. Scroll down to the “Agreement” section, read the agreement, and click Accept.
8. Select your region from the list. A Download button will be displayed.
9. Click Download to start download.
10. When download is complete, a copy of the ViewNX-i installer will have been saved to the downloads folder on your computer. Launch the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Downloading ViewNX-i from the Nikon Download Center
1. Go to the Nikon Download Center website.
https://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/
2. Select Software in the category list and click one of the following:
• To download both ViewNX-i and Capture NX-D, click ViewNX-i & Capture NX-D.
• To download ViewNX-i only, click ViewNX-i.
3. Download and install the selected software as described in Steps 6 to 10 of “Downloading ViewNX-i from the Nikon Website”.

Nikon View Nx2 Software Download Mac
I used to use Nikon Transfer to transfer photos from my Nikon (Coolpix P5100) to my computer (Mac) and it was easy. Now I have upgraded to OS 10.5.8. Why do they have to make it so complicated? I now have to use ViewNX 2 but I can't figure out how to do it. Powerspec control center download. On the View NX 2 screen there's a camera icon labeled Transfer but it is grayed out.
