This will take you off where you can click the green download button to go to the official Optifine download page. Here you can download Optifine for your Mac by clicking on the 'mirror' button next to the version you want. Optifine 1.13 for example, if you are downloading Optifine for Minecraft 1.13. Always download the version closest to the top.
Next, we need to install Optifine. Doing this is super simple. Just double click on the .jar file you downloaded in your downloads folder.
